  • A beautiful and heartwarming novella

It's a beautiful and heartwarming novella. The story comes alive on the pages – it hooks you immediately. After being wounded in Afghanistan, Captain Archie Stevenson had surgery and it will be at least a year before he would be able to fly again. What was he going to do. How could he be a husband and father when he didn’t know what his future would be. Sniper Kee Smith arrived with the rest of the team in time for the wedding. She hadn’t seen Archie or Dilya for two months. She should be happy, she and Archie are adopting Uzbek war orphan, Dilya that Kee rescued and they are getting married. But Kee is feeling vulnerable and hates the feeling. She has looked out for herself all her life but she has no basis as to what it means to be a wife and mother. Both Kee and Archie are struggling but with a little help from their friends...
