  • Thin explanation, recipies not all low carb

    A very enthusiastic author, seems dedicated to helping people eat the way they feel is healthful. Unfortunatly, there are no references to 'science' referred to, just the basic ideas, not well explained. I was confused by the recipes...the first one, Fluffy French Toast (for supposedly a low carb diet), was 63% Carbs IF you ate the French toast with nothing on it. If you added syrup or jam it would be closer to 70%. This would be suitable for a HIGH carb diet.
