  • A long read to sell supplements

    It's terrible advice. The author tells that we need to eat meat for nutrients like B12 but a large junk of meat eaters are B12 deficient. Anyone should take B12. However, in the book, I got suggested to take lots of questionable supplements - appears like a bad infomercial to me. I also doubt that tons of animal fats, egg yolk, butter will make me leaner; what terrible advice. At least, the book is full of jokes. To sum it up: it's a joke of a diet book 😅
