Loved that the spirits of the past have been able to move on.

  • Lady of Hay

Captivating & mysterious, I loved this book & the period in history it represented. The relationsbips of the main chacters took an unexpected turn.

  • Meh!

Too much drinking of tea, coffee, alcohol. Too much abuse. Too many people performing regression. Terrible present story. Good past story. Unacceptable how the main character Jo has no problem loving the guy who abuses her. Oh, and it drags because of all the flip flopping between past and present.

    Thanks for your feedback!

  • Time travelling into Welsh history

A great contrast between modern day and Welsh history regarding castles, wars, lifestyles, society, politics etc. I really enjoyed this journey through time.

  • Lady of Hay

First read this book many years ago, and have reread it didn't numerous times since. It is rich in detail from the 1100 and makes you want to jump on a plane and go exploring the vivid landscape of Wales described in the book. As always it kept me up reading many nights when I didn't want to put it down.

    Thanks for your feedback!
