  • Bring On The Villains!

I find myself running out of superlative adjectives to describe Katee Robert’s books. “Learn My Lesson” is yet another 5 star read from an author whom I expect to bring all kinds of sexiness and feels to her writing. The WICKED VILLAINS series started with a bang, and I can not recommend “Desperate Measures” more. Jasmine and Jafar were incredible. Ms. Robert brings that same magic to the next book, this time featuring Hades, Meg and Hercules. The series itself is a fantastic premise — reimagining the villains of lore and legend and spinning their stories on their axis. In this book we get to know Hades, a man who seemingly controls everything, his significant other, Meg, who finds herself longing for more, and Hercules, the man who might be able to give the two lovers what they need. Three is definitely NOT a crowd in this story. It has everything you want — romance, passion, intense emotions. (Plus there are some wickedly sexy times.) I highly recommend this latest from Katee Roberts, and look forward to more from her incredible imagination!

  • Cannot Get Enough

I loved this book. Now lets be honest shall we? Katee is an amazing writer. She will pull you in from word one and not let you go until you are happily sighing over the last one. Her characters are well thought out, story lines well paced and endings always happy. Realistically, this is what other books compare themselves to. But lets get to the good stuff, shall we? This book is hot. As in five stars, 10 fingers, throw your head back and bang the table in a Jewish deli hot. The opening scene alone will have you reaching for your drink. And Hades? Mmmm Hades. Sinful. Melted chocolate with a shot of Tequila sinful. Makes you want to do dirty things with him sinful. Dear God I wish he was real, sinful. And he loves Meg. Would do anything for Meg - including gifting her with another man which is how our story begins. This book is about love and what we do to make sure those we love are happy. I lost myself in this book, in turns both longing to be and jealous of the characters and the love they found with each other. It's a story of two people who love each other and not realizing they needed a third to make them complete. It's a story of love lost, love found and lots and lots of "please sir, may I have some more?" I cannot recommend this book harder, nor the series itself. You certainly will not be disappointed.

  • Learn My Lesson

Learn My Lesson was kinky and smoking hot, if you've read the first book in the series this will come as no surprise. However there's a lot more to it than that in terms of relationship dynamics between Hades and Meg, Meg and Hercules, Hercules and Hades, Hades, Meg and Hercules. It's a lot but I think the author did a good job with portraying the nuances of each of these and how the baggage that each carried affected their relationship. I enjoyed this book and recommend to those who love hot, sexy times with a side of revenge.
