  • Heart-rendingly real

Francine Rivers' style of writing is beautiful, soulful and brutally honest: bearing some of the most poignant situations many of us are faced with in "real life". We are offered scenarios that make us think, reflect and question our own reactions and approach to life's challenges - and Leota's Garden is no different. It is heart-rendingly real, with multiple lessons beautifully crafted from inspired words. I think each of us will take away at least one important lesson from this book. Francine is truly a mouthpiece for God's teaching...

  • Leota's Garden

Really good book. I enjoyed it very much. Just one thing...I didn't like the way grandma Leota died. I am a nurse and patients are well taking of and we make sure to know who is visiting them.

  • Touching

The book was very touching and had a lot of lessons about the Christian life. Many of the characters were believable, having doubts and not always being perfect, like me, but God brings them through
