  • More from the Diskworld

Another excellent read from Terry Pratchett which follows the life of the likeable villan and con man, Moist von Lipwig.

  • A terrific romp

Bored with running the Post Office, Moist van Lipwig is thrust into the world of banking. Patrician Vetinari is again pulling the strings, though this time with a little competition. Bank clerks and golems, clowns and Igors, all the world is here, and all it needs is belief in a new system of finance, which Moist is determined to sell them! Wonderful stuff again from the master of the absurd, who manages to take the real world just that one step further into the joy of Discworld.

  • pure gold!!

Another mirth filled book from my favourite author. Funny, acerbic, with an endless play on words and characters that are so perfectly crafted and described you feel you know and care for them. Well, care for some of them.. I reread his books every year and always find a nugget or two of humour that I've missed previously. Pure, playful joy. I really miss Mr P.
