  • Consistently consistent at being consistently good

I'v been a long time fan and follower of Moeller and all his series, though gotta admit.. they all share so man similarities its like all his series are just one long story. take a quote from one of his other books where he combines Cloak and Ghost, "its like you two were created by the same author". this feels alot like the frostborn/7swords. which i suppose it is infact a branch from the same world/character database. If you like any of his other works you will like this. theres nothing really ground breaking about it. Its just a good simple easy read with likeable characters. I just gotta say even though he make lack Sandersons clever wit or karren milllers emotional complexities... Moeller has one thing on them... consistency. he can pump out and keep pumping out Good easy reads that never disappoint. I can honestly say imo that even though he has never put out a masterpiece, he has also never written a bad book. i cant really tell anything about the story because if you have read several of his books then you already know what to expect, lots of Morels, Karma n' Comeuppance. If you were like me and didn't pay close attention to the description and you are expecting, like i was, a PREQUEL to the era of Ridmark and Friends, and the founding of Andomheim(sp), well its not. Its a diff world w/ diff laws/properties/inhabitants but atleast now we get Gnolls n' Goblins in lieu of Orcs and Kobolds lol. Best way to sum it up... "Mo' magic Mo' Problems" yes i know i communicate via run'on sentences.

  • Malison dragon curse

it was ok a bit repetative and slow. Not much depth to the plot.

  • Madison:Dragon Curse

Excellent, love the characters and the parallel to the frost born series. My only complaint far far too short.
