A must read for historical fiction fans.

A well told story revolving around Canadian history. Who knew Confederation had quite the story. Hope this author doesn't wait as long for his next book.

    Great Canadian Historical Fiction

Though fiction, this fascinating story about the assassination of Thomas D'arcy McGee is told within an accurate historical and geographic context. The book is very readable and engaging to the extent that the story line at times almost becomes secondary to the people, places and issues at the time of Canada's founding.
