  • Mennonite menopause

Initially interesting, the book soon degenerates into a repetitious, wallow of self pity concerning her failed marriage - possibly self inflicted due to the rapidity of commitment to a self avowed bisexual. The writer does not use vocabulary that appeals to the average reader, the need for a dictionary came to mind a few times, and she appears to have a need to remind the reader of her level of education, constantly referring to her own professorship. The whole story could have been told in half the pages without the boring, irrelevant ramblings and repetition.

    Thanks for your feedback!
