  • Great informative read

    Although I already understood the principles and theories of living mindfully, I appreciated the opportunity to be informed about its applications and benefits for so many of our contemporary everyday issues. With the wealth of evidential research provided it would be remiss to discount the practice of mindfulness. It is yet another tool at our disposal helping us to create a more meaningful and fulfilling life. The use of real life examples and metaphor helped in the understanding of more philosophical concepts. I would recommend it to anyone embarking on the mindfulness living practice.

  • It's in there .... somewhere

    There's no secret to being mindful. There's no difficulty in being mindful....all that is needed is the knowledge to help us all achieve mindfulness. This book is a great place to start your journey to discover your own abilities in being mindful.
