    Murder on the Orient (SS)

I didn’t enjoy it as much as the first. If I hadn’t read the earlier book I would have had little idea of the characters and their traits. Nevertheless, it was an easy, light read to fill in a rainy afternoon.

    Murderous cruise

This book was even better than the first because all the characters have been established and this time the mystery has nothing to do with the club members but, nonetheless, they get involved and save the day. This story is well written and will appeal to fans and non-fans of Dame Agatha Christie.

    Dreadful

I thought that murder under the stars was poor plotting but this was a case of too many characters and too many villains. The reader shouldn't have to go back ten pages to clarify the identity of the lead amateur investigators. I regret staying with it until the final summation and will not regret deleting this and it's companion books from my reader. Save your money.

    Agatha would have liked it

I enjoyed the author's writing style and the references to Agatha Christie and characters. Not a straight forward book but with a twist or two that made it more enjoyable.
