  • Who is the victim???

This is a perfect book for these difficult days we are now facing. A good mystery and a hilarious cast of characters. Merry and Kelly take the girls to a historical reenactment for several days, involving the clothing and cooking of the day. Naturally there is a murder, but who is the victim? I think the scouts are definitely upping their game, particularly Betty which is no surprise for fans of the series. Best of the series so far!!!

  • Love Betty!

Merry, Kelly and the girls participate in a totally bizarre Civil War reenactment, where Merry comes across a dead leg in a med tent. Not a dead person, just a leg. So in typical Merry fashion, she sets out to find the body the leg belongs to. There are a lot of shady characters in this place, and strange things going on, making her job that much harder. Betty is hands-down my favourite character in this series, and she is AWESOME in this book. Riley also cracked me up with his interactions with Merry. This was a great read, lots of fun, as the Merry Wrath books usually are!

  • I always laugh a lot when reading a Merry Wrath my

Musket Ball Murder takes the reader to a reenactment of a battle that never was! Kelly signed up the troop to participate and Merry hopes to keep them out of trouble! Without a body Merry cannot even prove a murder happened. Betty keeps disappearing. Nothing is easy in this well written mystery. Do not miss this very creative Civil War reenactment!

  • Wow. Great story

Another great mystery. Twists, turns and witty things happen throughout entire book. What is next for Merry and the scouts. Some people don’t like ready cost mysteries. This is a big outlet for me. Keep writing. Thanks
