  • My Sister's Bones

Brilliant read, couldn't put it down! I didn't guess the twist, so that was a bit of a shock. Breathtaking.

  • My sister s bones

A bit slow to get going. I don't normally read this type of book but my friend raved about it so I thought I'll try it. It was a 'plodder' for me just kept plodding on to the end. No rises and no falls. Just keep going and you'll enjoy the end. Excellent research must have been done.

  • My Sister's Bones

Thoroughly enjoyed this. Gives great insight into PTSD. Story just draws you in and doesn't let go. Had an ending I didnt see coming. Would highly recommend.

  • Great read!

I really enjoyed this book - it was fast paced, well written and had an intriguing story line. As children Kate and Sally live in a house with an alcoholic and violent father. He badly abuses their mother and Kate, but Sally is his favourite. This childhood leaves its scars though and Sally also becomes an alcoholic whilst Kate becomes a high flying war journalist. Kate returns home after her mother has died and starts hearing a child scream in the night, but is she replaying events from Syria in her nightmares or is it real. There are all sorts of twists and it kept me hooked from start to finish.

    Thanks for your feedback!
