  • A quest to the meaning of life

Loe tries to emphasize what is important in life, pointing to recognizable characteristics of contemporary society in an almost child-like manner.

  • Unusual

Refreshingly different and simple look at the world and our place in it.

  • Short and cute. For a philosophical evening.

The story has a strange pace; it manages to stroll slowly but still be gripping. This is one of the more unique books I've read. If you know anyone that is antisocial and alienated you might gain some sort of insight; and if you are feeling alone in the world you might take comfort in the way the subject is explored. The book is by no means depressing, rather the protagonist is endearing and interesting.

    Thanks for your feedback!
