  • Super read I really enjoyed it

I really enjoyed Carrie and Wes story and once I started it I did not want to put it down. She is a surgeon and he is a baseball player after going to a friends wedding in Vegas they wake up the next day married and while he wants to make it work she does not think her life and job can go hand in hand with a husband. I liked these two they were good real characters.

  • Entertaining, and Romantic

This is the second book in the Wild Pitch Series. This is Wes, and Carrie's love story. Carrie is an orthopedic doctor, and she works as a doctor for the baseball team that Wes is on. Wes has been a player, but when he meets Carrie, he knows she's the one for him, now he just has to convince her. This book was well written, and the characters have great chemistry. This is a must read. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

  • Love the Romantic Sports-theme Series

Loved the storyline and the characters, Wes and Carrie. It was nice seeing the guy having to work for the love. I especially loved the four legged characters Snickers and at the end, a kitten Siamese named L.S. who was part of the HEA. I always admire authors who bring in children and animals effectively into a storyline because it’s not easy. Definitely recommending this book for your reading enjoyment and pleasure. • Sparks ignite!

Carrie is the team orthopedic surgeon and Wes is the catcher for the St. Pete Mantas. Wes is one of those guys who doesn't settle down and Carrie is an independent woman who doesn't need anyone in her life but they both like to play games. When they are together the sparks are there but neither of them wants to admit it. This is a sports romance filled with drama, angst, steam, witty banter and a few twists along the way.
