I don't know how Ms Brockmann can weave such intricate plots but they are well worth the effort. Savannah and Wildcard are brought together under unusual circumstances but it seems they are fated to be together. Parallelling their story is the relationship in the missionary camp - read the book and see who is involved. Underpinning it all is the 'autobiography' "Double Agent". We see Rose and Heinrich's story through different characters reading Rose's book. What a clever plot device. In the meantime Alyssa and Sam's relationship, or not, continues to be the story arc that has linked the novels in this series up to this point. Can't wait to see how this develops.

    Thanks for your feedback!
