  • This book reminded me of a treasure hunt.

I have heard that this book is similar to the Dan Brown books. I haven't read any of those books but I have read comments saying things like Dan Brown books are sort of like eating junk food. Good while your eating it but then when your finished you wander why you thought it was so good. I did not find this book like that at all. I really loved the way Geraldine Brooks described things. I loved it and really enjoyed it. I like the way she wove history into the story by introducing the artifacts. And I liked the way that the romance that was in the book stayed in the back ground. The book was about the people who were involved in the creation of the book. I just loved it.

    Thanks for your feedback!
