    Loved it

This book did a great job building the characters and keeping the story moving. It had all the elements that a good story needs. The author makes you feel for the characters and want to see them succeed. Great job!

    Picture me and you

This story can't seem to decide what it is - romance? mystery? family drama? And the first part is ploddingly slow. I've read better.

    Picture perfect

I took a chance on a new to me author and am extremely glad I did. What an excellent start to a beautiful series! It's like taking a sip of fine wine. A delightful burst of flavour that quickly becomes complex and leaves you with a warm delicious feeling and craving more. Susan Sey slowly reveals the complexity of the characters and their relationship to each other in a heart-stopping plot. This is a stand-a-lone story but you are going to want to read the whole series. Who leaves a meal after the first course?
