  • Forbidden desire, love, longing

A forbidden desire, love, and longing. What would you do if the one you wanted was already claimed by another? What would you if the man you really belonged to was off limits? Two souls that were destined to be together but couldn't until one beautiful soul was lost. Addison has finally moved on from the lose of Tyler. The man that loved her unconditionally and gave her everything she could ask for, except that her heart belonged too someone else. The death of Tyler was too much and she had to get away, leaving behind the one man she really wanted. Blaming herself for Tyler's death, Addison took a long time to get to a place where she finally felt somewhat whole again. That is until she runs into Daniel. The strength and confidence she felt quickly vanished and the guilt and sadness took its place. Addison was more angered that Daniel did not acknowledge her. Angered by this she's set her eyes on getting him to notice her and finally release what she's had building up inside her all these years. Daniel couldn't believe his eyes. Addison? Of all the places he would run into her, he never thought it would be that night. Addison has haunted his dreams, his thoughts, his heart. She has always been his and now it is time to make it happen. So when he walks into the bar again it is no coincidence she is sitting there. It is no coincidence he sits next to her. It is no coincidence he acknowledges her. It is no coincidence it's the night that he claims her. Addison is overwhelmed by Daniel, but that is nothing new. He has this power over her and now there is no one to stop them. Finally together, it's not the fear of what it can be, but their past that haunts their future. Can two soulmates finally find their forever? Will the past jeopardize their happily ever after? I loved Daniel and Addison. The pain, weakness, fear, longing, need, lust, desire that they both had for one another poured off of the pages and consumed me. Willow Winters ability to make them so real captured me and held me a prisoner in their story. I found myself praying that the things they did was for the better good and in the end their pain and struggles would be worth it because they would finally find one another. Daniel and Addison have imprinted themselves in my soul and will be with for forever.

  • Darkly intense, enemies to lovers romance.

Possessive by Willow Winters was yet another amazing read by this author that I just couldn’t put down. I love how she pulls me fully me into the world she creates. Each book she’s written has captivated me, but this one was hands down the most overwhelming. Possessive is heart wrenchingly beautiful story that will haunt me for days. Addison and Daniel’s story wasn’t the easiest to read, their pasts are full of tragedy and has left them shattered and broken. This was an all out ‘feels’ book. Every piece of fear, love, hurt, triumph and forgiveness was displayed on the pages of my kindle. Daniel and Addison were sexy as well as damaged but their explosive chemistry was undeniable, making for some super smexy scenes. I adored the tension, the fiery banter they shared along with a hint of the taboo. So when they got together, it was a storm of emotion. There were plenty of twists to this engaging tale, and even though I was on the edge of my seat reading it, I never wanted to reach that last line. Because that meant this story was over.

  • Wow Wow Wow! "SIGH"

Okay so this is the first book I've read by this author and I couldn't put it down no matter how much I tried. It's so intense with the emotional chaos. Possessive is not what I expected and exactly what I like in a book. Characters who are hidden from themselves and their own truths. Forbidden to have something that was never their's to have until a tragedy occurs. All the characters were written perfectly for me to envision each person and their own story. Everything about Addison and Daniel are dark in their own way and have to overcome a history of cruelty, loneliness and pain. I got so lost in this book....i am W.Winters fan. I can't wait for Merciless in May to find out answers to some questions I have rolling around in my head. It definitely has me guessing. like the man who attacked Addison is he just a hire or someone that will be progressively grow in the story and Marcus? What's up with him and his little scavenger least that how I think of it. I have different questions and theories of course. But that is why I LOVE this book!!! I want more! Lol Willow is now in my Favourites Authors
