  • Better Than The Film!

Another great read! I can honestly say that I prefered the book to the film, although I enjoyed the latter also. A thumbs up from me and I can't wait for the next instalment.

  • A high action read

Although the majority of this book is the Pevensie’s journey to Prince Caspian’s camp, I found this book quite exciting. Unlike the previous one, this book is filled with tense moments as there is conflict between the siblings. We are having to learn about a change in Narnia as Prince Caspian takes place hundreds of years after The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe. This makes for an interesting expanse of Narnia’s history and also provides the characters with exciting challenges too as they aim to restore Narnia to the country they once knew. The tension builds when the Pevensie’s reach Caspian’s camp as a few of the Narnian’s are getting ready to call up the White Witch for help. The book ends with intense action as Peter battles Miraz. Overall, this book is high in tension and action as the old ways of Narnia clash with the new ways of Narnia, making for an exciting read.
