  • Useful but nothing new

    If youve read books previously on CBT and anxiety then you already have the information in this book. It does a good job of explaining things though and summarising the whole topic. Essentially, if you suffer with anxiety it suggests practising mindfulness and exposure to combat it. Probably the best advice but again, nothing new. If this is the first book on anxiety that you ever read then its a good one - dont bother buying any more. People are making fortunes publishing the same information over and over to vulnerable people like you.
