  • Fun Read!

I had such fun with this book and Cara is going on my favorite heroine's list. She was sweet, adorable, and little bit of quirky. She also had a great attitude no matter what situation she was in. I'm usually all about the heroes but she was just as good as he was in this. Henry is the strong, silent type. He only showed hints of a smile when Cara would be cute with him. He seemed to get attached to her quickly and was very protective of her. I really adored these two. There is nothing better than finding a book where I loved both main characters. Despite how drawn these two were together, this is a very slow burn. Mainly because there was a lot of action in this storyline. Cara seemed to get into trouble pretty quickly and often, and Henry spent a lot of his time protecting her. I have not read the first book, which I am definitely going back and do, but I'm wondering if there is more information on the mom's situation in book one. There is enough mentioned in this one to not leave you lost though. Fun read!

  • I want a Henry of my own !

Cara is the sweet sister who doesn’t really get physically involved in the family Bounty business but instead helps by doing background checks in between studying to be a teacher. Still after the mess their mother left them in Cara is determined to do more to help and decides to track down a dangerous man who hasn’t returned for his bail hearing but getting caught by him trying to get into his motel room is just the start of Cara’s problems ! Ok I’m going to be blunt and say I wasn’t impressed initially by Cara as she came across as juvenile and pretty much acted like a teenager with a really pathetic crush ! However yes there’s a but coming I soon realised that as part of a large family she was perhaps just a little more quirky than I expected considering she’s about to become an educator and when things go downhill fast she really impressed me . Now naturally we have a hero and his name is Henry and he is gruff, pretty much the strong silent type and actually also adorable and I want a Henry of my own ! The action was non stop and so intense that I almost wanted to read from behind my hands which should let you know just how much hot or not water this couple get into ! Fabulous characters and simply a very entertaining story so an easy five from me. This voluntary take is of a copy I requested from Netgalley and my thoughts and comments are honest and I believe fair

  • Outstanding .

I volunteered to read and review a readers copy through Netgalley of Risk it All . I absolutely enjoyed reading this story . This is book two in The Rocky Mountain Bounty Hunters series . This story is so intertaining and quit action packed . Cara Pax wants to be a kindergarten teacher not a Bounty Hunter . Feeling like she needs to help the family business more she decides to apprehend a bail skip . Enters Henry Kavenski . He skipped out on bail bond wanted for murder . Cara isn't very good at Bounty hunting at least she should stick to the research part . Henry catches her several times and sends her home with a warning . She finds herself attracted to him, so she decides to set her sights on a less dangerous skip but soon finds herself really in danger along with Henry . Cara and Henry have quite an adventure running for their lives from the bad guys and falling for each other . This is a fabulous and humorous definitely excellent story . fantastic and lively characters. I highly recommend taking the time to read and enjoy this story .

  • This is how a romantic suspense should be written!

Cara and Henry's story was a real page turner, with lots of action, suspense, some humor thrown in, and a connection that neither was ready for. Cara is usually doing the research for her sisters while they do the bounty hunting, but a skip pops up in the name of Henry Kavenski as Cara is almost run over in a parking lot as he steps in to save her. Their story takes off with lots of fast action as things continue to happen that suggests that someone is out to get Cara. Henry is there again to protect her from the criminals that may have set him up for the murders. Their story is fast paced with lots of banter between them as Henry tries to keep Cara safe as they work together to bring the criminals to justice and clear Henry's name. "Risk It All" is one that you won't want to miss that keeps the reader engaged to find out how their story plays out for their own HEA. **I was gifted "Risk It All" from Netgalley and voluntarily leave my review based on my reading** 5 Stars!

  • Love this book!

Risk It All is a phenomenal romantic suspense by Katie Ruggle. Ms. Ruggle has provided readers with a well-written book. I love the characters in this book! Cara and her sisters are bounty hunters. Cara usually works on research but feels the need to bring in some skips on her own to help her sisters. Henry Kavenski is a murder suspect and has skipped but Cara is on his trail. Cara and Henry's story is packed with drama, humor, sizzle, action and suspense. I enjoyed every word of this book and look forward to reading more from Katie Ruggle in the future. Risk It All is part of the Rocky Mountain Bounty Hunters Series but can be read as a standalone. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book that I received from NetGalley. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
