  • Lots to learn

    This book packs a lot of information and data, which as a Scientist I appreciate. Be prepared to learn a lot about your body and its physiology. I enjoyed the book and appreciate how it does not feel like a lecture. I will probably re-read it every time I'm training for a marathon.
