  • A good training book

    I have been running for fitness and pleasure for about ten years now. I have been injured several times and have recovered to run again. This book offers great insight into proper technique and how to go about it. My opinion is based on my personal experience with injury and recovery. I too am a work in progress and the exercises here are very consistant with ones physiotherapists have given me in the past. This book can provide some temperance for running addicts and beginners too.

  • Informatief voor elke hardloper

    Hardlooptechniek is het belangrijkste wapen in de strijd tegen blessures. Of voor het optimaliseren van prestaties. Verplichte kost voor elke gepassioneerde hardloper.
