  • Need a little pick-me-up?

    This book is exactly as described—daily meditations on self-love with exercises to help make the concepts more concrete. Somehow, I expected something with more depth—a more scholarly or science-based approach, maybe? But I can't fault the book for being what it says it is. The meditations and exercises are useful and inspiring when you're looking for a little pick-me-up. I received and read an advance copy of this book. This is my voluntary review. All opinions are my own.
