  • A good read about a decent bloke

This is a good and easy read about a bloke that everyone loved, whether it be the outrageous frontman of Skyhooks, the radio fun guy or the TV presenter. Graham "Shirley" Strachan was the nice guy of them all. A loudmouth yes, but never arrogant, he related to all and sundry as a nice sincere person. Taken too soon doing one of his loves, flying. Like Steve Irwin, it was a national shock, this couldn't be true, not Shirl..

    Thanks for your feedback!
