  • Superb! I began the diet in March, 2013. As of this writing (January 2014) I have lost a total of 60 pounds. This book is a MUST for anyone who seriously wants to lose weight, enjoy meals, and feel better. After many failed attempts at "diets" Dr. Smith's book opened up an entirely different way of eating. I have never craved any foods since beginning this diet. I still enjoy pizza, snacks, even an occasional "Wendy's". If there were 10 Stars.. this book would receive that rating. Buy it.. read it.. and most importantly, FOLLOW IT! Be Well!
