    Feeding the claustrophobia

This book was spectacular. One of those you have to read all the way through once you start. Beautifully written and very engaging right up to the end. It makes you appreciate the underground world and those who explore it.

    Sinkhole

An absolutely great story. A book that was impossible to put down. Exciting and nerve wracking from first page. Keep these stories coming D. Jackson.

    Sink Hole

The Story takes a bit to get going but once it does it sails right along, but in general it is a bit of a stretch to imagine that these people went thru all that trouble and were driven to go to the bowels of the earth without an experienced leader who had made the trip 2000 metres down and returned all in one piece. A couple of the sumps were a bit far fetched especially since they were so dangerous, and again without a guide. Not a bad read, entertaining but still only worth 2 1/2 stars.

    Thrilling, believable, edge-of-the-seat!

I loved this story. I'm pretty busy and don't get a lot of time to read at length but I snatched every minute I could to continue this story. Doesn't the idea of being disturbingly far underground in a lightless atmosphere with unknown dangers (as if the known ones weren't bad enough!) give everyone a bit of a chill? Terrifying yet very plausible & believable. Will look for more by Deborah Jackson.
