  • Greyson will grab your heart

Love, love, love the Alpha males that Kendall Ryan keeps giving us to enjoy. Greyson feels guilt for Marcus’s death and when he runs into his widow at a strip club, well, this is magnified 100 times over. How can he convince Finley to let him help her and Maple and not see it as charity? He wants to do right by his brother in arms. Of course, how does he fight the attraction he has for Finley while just being a friend and helping out. Finley’s world was turned upside down when Marcus died. She is now doing everything she can to make a life for her and Maple, her daughter, but finds it’s a struggle to make ends meet. When Greyson reappears in her life, she isn’t sure what to think or expect as she carries her anger toward him for Marcus’s death. Will Greyson find a way to break through her walls? Fabulously sexy and quick romance that gives you that Alpha male to drool over with just a hint of suspense for an unexpected twist.

  • Amazing story and characters!!!

Amazing!!! Slow & Steady is the second book in the Alphas Undone series but can be read as a standalone. Going to a strip club, the last person Greyson expects to find on stage is Finley, the widow of one of his SEAL teammate. After losing her husband, Finley becomes a single mother. To support herself and her infant daughter, Maple, she takes a job as a stripper. The last person she expects to find there is Greyson, the man she believes to be responsible for her the death of her husband. When Greyson decides to step in to help Finley and Maple, Finley fights him. But when she realizes that Maple likes Greyson, Finley relents and accepts Greyson's help. The more time they spend together, the more their feelings for each other grow. But will Finley stop blaming Greyson for her husband's death? Will Greyson stop feeling guilty? I loved Slow & Steady! The story is incredible and hooks you from the first page. It very emotional and has lots of drama, but also laughter and steamy scenes. Everything a great book needs! Greyson is amazing and I couldn't help but fall for him. He is everything an alpha male must be: strong, fierce, protective, and possessive, but also very gentle, sweet, and kind. I loved how he was with Maple and how the fought for Finley. Finley is a strong and independent woman. She does what she must to provide for herself but mainly for her daughter. She is fierce! This is my first book by Kendall Ryan and she did not disappoint! Her writing is amazing and she is able to make the readers connect with the story and characters. Can't wait to read more of her work and the rest of the Alphas Undone series!!

  • WOW! Exciting and suspenseful

Slow and Steady #1 by J H Croix and Ali Parker is an exciting start in the trilogy of Sony Lovett and Nikki story. Sonny is still investigating his father corruption conviction with the belief he is innocent. He visits the library where Nikki is the librarian helps him. Then life gets dangerous for both of them. This first part of the trilogy is a page turner and I can’t wait to read part 2. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
