    Tragedy and its impact.

This novel is a good read. I found the story line to be intriguing and thought provoking and the whole novel to be woven together very well. It is also quite topical for Australians.

    Spirits of the Ghan

Great read with a well researched understanding of the outback and Indigenius beliefs and history. Makes you want to take a trip on the Ghan.

I enjoyed the indepth cultural detail.

I liked the historical detail woven into several stories that introduced the reader into a culture that is not readily accessible to most urban dwellers in Australia.
