    I tried to get through the first phase. I only have about 10 lb to lose. The portions were insufficient. I was hungry within an hour. The breakfast choices are good but the meals taste terrible. I quit on day 3 because I couldn't eat what was in front of me. Sorry. The workout aspect is good and makes sense.
