    Worth every cent. Ive been struggling to manage my reflux and am under medical care. Following the instructions of this book has really made a real positive difference to my previous discomfort. Id recommend reading it twice - its surprising what you learn and what you miss seeing on the first reading. There are very good explanations about why you might have reflux, why you need to omit certain foods initially (or longterm) as well as really 'do able' recipes and other important info such as the pH of foods. I highly recommend the book.
