    Wonderfully informative. A five star cookbook.

    Jennifer Browne has written other beautiful vegetarian cookbooks and you will not go wrong in purchasing this cookbook. Informative and knowledgeable, and filled with information to get you going. The food that we eat does one hundred per cent affect our bodies. There is no way to trick the body and have it not respond to what we are eating. This book would be a smart investment to make a move towards healthy eating.

    A book full of bull.

    This is not how anxiety works. Anxiety cannot be cured by eating specific foods! Save your money for actual help.
