    Blooding the Guns

First time reading this author. I really enjoy naval novels full of battles and action. Not a lot out there dealing with WW1, so this was extra special. Need to pay attention when the author switches back and forth between the three main characters.

Lots of action, but becomes confusing

This is the first of the series about naval battles in world war I. Very exciting but it follows three different characters, each in a different ship. The author does not do a good job in making it clear which one he is discussing ... so, the book tends to get confusing. Book 2 is much less confusing.
