    CHESSMEN last of triology

Enjoyed the three books and interesting plot. I liked the characters and how they were interwoven. On some occasions when storyline became interesting and building to some climax I felt there was too much descriptive and unnecessary wording. Just a personal observation.

    A great story.

Many stories are over complicated or you can't remember who the characters are and the book gets put aside. This book is the last of a trilogy of exciting, uncomplicated stories, so well written that I didn't want to put them down. Might have to make a trip up to Lewis though !

    Chessmen

Thoroughly enjoyed this last book of the Lewis trilogy. All characters came strong and were convincing. Dialogues were realistic and a pleasure to read. Let alone the descriptions of nature in all its facettes. The story though was rather sad.

    The Chessmen

Brilliant intersting story. Despite the high body count and sometimes diabolical weather conditions it has made me want to see Lewis.
