It was too babyish for my liking in some parts . But (sire?) l. Frank Baum did captivitate me in his fabulous world. The tin man was benevolent, the lion cowardly, and the scarecrow quite silly. I just wish mr baum had not died so he could fill every childs head with his magical tales. ????? age 9

  • The movie versions cannot compare

The story is nowhere near complete on screen compared to the written story. Everyday is a chapter closer to the impact of the imagination that wrote this collection. Simply wonderful and amazing!
