    The Cuban Affair

Another great read from one of the great fictional authors of our time. The temptation to keep reading at the expense of other things is so enticing.

    De Mille returns

If liked John Corey, meet Dan MacCormack. Wise cracking but articulate and wickedly witty, Dan undertakes a venture to Cuba with all the requisite characters. Great yarn to escape with.

A rollicking yarn with much to like in it.

I liked DeMille's early work but fell out of love with it along the way. This the first work of his I have read for years. He NAILED IT. A few 'with one bound and he was free' moments but a rollicking yarn over all with good characters, great humour and much excitement. Very enjoyable

    Cuban affair

A first class read. The excitement was maintained throughout. The characters were well drawn and believable. The style of writing made for easy reading and at times it was difficult to put the book down. I thought the story line was quite topical in view of the on going issues with the Cuban regime .I look forward to reading further titles by this author.

    Awful

This book is absolute drivel. It grinds on at a very slow pace going nowhere. I've reached chapter 21 and can't bear to pick the book up again. GROAN
