    Dark Angel

Started last night and finished it by lunchtime the next day. I did sleep but awoke in the early hours and then read all the way through. Perhaps I was greedy. I knew it was coming out on Thursday and eagerly awaited it. Love Elly Griffiths "Ruth" and othed characters. Thanks for taking us to Italy - an enjoyable variation.

    Good title

A well written gripping read with all the well developed cast of characters you'd expect from this author. Well worth a look.

    A good Read

The plotting and characters were good but the whole thing was spoiled by a weak finish. I could not believe that the Villagers could, after all this time has passed care sufficiently about a death that had occurred in WW2 or know if it had been a partisan or the gestapo who had shot the victim. So it did not hold up - shame!
