The Dark Side of the Moon by Margaret Watson Into the Storm #4 What lies on the dark side of the moon? Is it ugly or shiny and bright like the side we usually see? Holt Adams, police chief of Eagle Ridge, believes it is ugly but Tory Falcon, veterinarian, believes it is just like the side that faces earth. Tory has returned to Eagle Ridge after a horrific situation that occurred in Chicago. She is leery of policemen so when Holt shows up the first time she is less than welcoming. Tory soon hears that there may be a serial murderer in the area and before long he seems to have focused on her as his next victim. With a few suspects to choose from, break-ins and prowler alerts and an increased sense of danger to Tory – Holt makes it his mission to keep her safe. The two have hurdles to get over but are definitely attracted to one another and the mind-link that develops between them is essential in keeping her safe while chasing down the killer. Thank you to the author for the book – this is my honest review. 4 Stars
