    Another page turner

Absolutely couldn't put this book down. A great follow up to the Lost Girl of Liverpool. Characters are so real. Really enjoyed following the lives of Dora, her children and all the wonderful friends and neighbors.

    The forgotten family of Liverpol

Fantastic book, I couldn't put it down. I was kept enthralled as to what was going to happen to Dora next. Reading about her daughters going through their different stages, was riverington. A MUST READ

    Liverpool Saga

I loved this book. I was thrilled as I stated to read and discovered it was a continuation of her previous book which I also enjoyed. I love books set in Liverpool, one of my most favourite cities to visit. Especially ones set in or around the war years. And the struggles of ordenary people. This book is one of them. Tissues needed an excellent read

    A good follow up story

I do feel sorry for Joe and the fact that Dora never claims any responsibility to their problems. Am interested to see what happens to the girls when they grow up after such a childhood of separations.

    The Forgotten family of Liverpool

I realise now this is part of an ongoing story ,but for those of us not having read an earlier one and now needing to find the next one it kind of made me feel "What happened ". Love the story but it could of been so much better with a bit of a finality to it ! Not making me say "where is the rest of it ".
