  • Strange book ,funny sad and a bit weird.

I found this book easy to read and interesting but not very enjoyable. The story of a large Irish family and their lives ,death and relationships . It was funny in parts and very well observed ,human nature and family peculiarities.

    Thanks for your feedback!

  • Didnt enjoy this at all

I read this book as it was recommended by a friend who felt that i might identify with the large irish family as i am one of 10. I recognised some characters but otherwise found the book pretty boring and very hard to read. Only finished it on principle.

    Thanks for your feedback!
