    Repetitively boring

There is nothing new here, just re-hashing old characters in new settings. The magic of Stieg’s writing has evaporated and a new weaker story-line continues. End here, please.

    Good for insomniacs

It was Lagercrantz's luck day when he landed the contract to complete this book. Despite a raft of good reviews from dominant authors, I think he has not done this title justce. I was disappointed especially because I really enjoyed the first three books by Larsson. It was mostly dull with a lot of flashbacks. I don't have a problem with the story, just the way it is written. You could guess Largercratz is a reporter by the abundance of the 'he said, she said' copy. Someone should tell Largercrantz that good novels show and don't tell the story. He needs to read some good novels by writers like Koontz (plenty to choose from) and work out how to move a story on quickly before he tries writing another novel.

    The weakest so far.

Predictable & dull through the middle, such that I almost stopped reading it about 70% through. It is simply not up to the previous standard in my opinion and I wish I had not purchased or wasted these hours wading through it.

    Ok, but rushed

It’s an ok book, but rushed and banal at times. Not as intense as books 1, 2 or 3

The Girl Who Takes an Eye for an Eye

I love these books, I've read them all. She's such an extremely complex character you can't help being in her corner. Lars is such a brilliant writer and even though the main characters are the same you never know which way the story will unfold. Have to be patient and wait for the next one.
