    As the title states this book is supposed to get you through the first 10 days. Let me see you the time and money. It states like all diets there are some cons and benefits. Take it slowly, don't try to change everything at once. Write out a meal plan, shopping list and stick to it. AND include exercise. There that is all the info you will receive. No actual meals, or meal plans. No specific list of food or in what quatities. It doesn't even break down exactly how your meals should be broken up between fats, proteins and carbs. This "book" is a scam.
