  • Perfect for Doubting Thomases

This book does not concern itself with a literal bible, neither does it focus, nor does it fret about the historical Jesus. Rather he treats the writers as creative shaping the story. In other words the authors know that they are writing novellas suited to their specific authorial intent. Facts and truth need not be synonyms. There is truth in story, metaphors, and parable. The parables are not those told in the gospels, rather the entire gospel as parable. A book that argues for political and personal justce.

The book reveals in a clear and consequent way the true meaning of the story of jesus passion. For me as european chritian not totaly new but it is very good and gives totaly new perspective. It surpases evangelic bias is eucomenical and critical to political and religious domination systems also in present times.
