  • The lies you tell

At times I thought this book was developing into something a bit meatier but sadly it failed. It's story line is based around the central character, Lizzie, who seems to be unlucky in love. Along the way her two best friends , one is bipolar and the other a victim of DV, flit around her various life experiences. Lizzie seems to be a little unwordly to me, she gets the job she wants, money doesn't seem to be an issue and if love eludes her it's because she can't get her ex out of her head whilst he has moved on. It's okay just a bit flimsy.

    Thanks for your feedback!
