    The Manhattan Puzzle

You need to read the previous two books in the series before reading this otherwise you will become totally confused. This book races along in total confusion with no one knowing who to trust and what on earth is happening. London then suddenly onto Manhattan, Chinese bankers (?), a mad English lord and goodness knows what else make this book totally hectic and unfathomable. Sorry guys, I didn't like it but maybe if I had read the other 2 books before this I may have done.

    Ridiculous and repetitive.

Having read the first 2 books of the series, which were not great, silly cartoon characters but set in interesting cities which I have visited, I read this one. It was in fact boring and repetitive for most of it, with a ridiculous thread of ancient sacrifice, completely unbelievable characters, and a laughable ending involving giant rats. Left open for another book, but I won't be reading it if it gets written.
