    Logan McRae #9

Stuart McBride weaves an enjoyable story hard to put down with Logan doing his thing while being hampered by the powers that be. Well worth the read.

    THE MISSING AND THE DEAD

Thia is a book that at times drags and just when you go to put it down another juicy bit comes along and you have to keep going. Translating the Scottish sayings is challenging at times but that adds to the whole experience. A very good read

This man can an write no wrong

Stuart MacBride can write tough, harrowing scenes which go on for pages and then inject just enough humour to break tension without taking away any of the drama he has created. Familiar characters return and new ones are introduced and the blend is perfect. I'll be the first in Australia to buy the next Logan McCrae novel; I can't wait.
