  • The Past Revealed

This second installment of The Evidence Speaks continues where book one left off. Silas and Madison are still trying to find evidence of who is butchering and killing women. They are also in agreement that their boss, Captain Fletcher had people falsify evidence in the past. This does end with a cliffhanger. I can't wait to find out if they will get closer to figuring out who the Ghost really is or will he stop killing?

  • Good series

Silas and Madison are investigating the Ghost serial killer. The captain was on the original investigation that send a man to prison and maintains a copy cat killer is doing the current murders. Siles believes the wrong man was convicted. Great characters and the story line flows. Waiting for the next episode.

  • An increasingly murky investigation

The story gets more and more complex, more deadly, and I loved doubting all the characters. Relations between Madison and Silas are also always complicated by what they want or not between them, on their involvement or not in a possible relationship but also because of their real or manipulated ex conquests who do not appreciate their abandonment. Now that we know that Silas’s senior officers likely tampered with the evidence overwhelming Madison’s brother (which others don’t know about), the storu can only get more turbulent. Madison’s other brother is still very mysterious. This part is less hot, but just as bloody and well written than the first part. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book
