  • The Princess and the Foal

Princess Haya is devestated by a family loss so her father, the King, takes her and her little brother, Prince Ali, to Al Hummar, the Royal Stables to try and cheer them up. Santi, the stable owner and her favourite horse Amina, cheers Haya up so her nanny Grace takes her the next day. That day Haya actually rides Amina! Grace was worried at first but Santi told her not to be worried though because they had got as far as they had. Haya couldn't wait to tell her father! But he has some very sad news - Grace has to leave because her mother is sick. The next day as Grace is leaving, she promises Haya that the new nanny will love her as much as she did. But the new nanny isn't like Grace at all! Haya is not allowed to go to the stables, the one place where people don't look at her look at her with pity in their eyes because at the stables, the grooms and Santi treat her normally and she likes that. Can she persuade Frances to let her go to the stables? Will she be able to follow her dream and ride in the King's Cup? Follow Haya's journey in this amazing book by Stacy Gregg. I would give it 10/10. It is AMAZING!!!! I don't have the ebook but I borrow the Stacy Gregg 3-Book Horse Collection books and this is in Volume 1 (out of 2) along with The Island of Lost Horses and one more amazing book!
